Position Summary

The Marketing Officer supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand, products, and services. The role involves coordinating campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies, designers, and internal teams to produce promotional materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support SEO, PPC, and online advertising initiatives.

3. Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and blogs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and graphic design tasks as needed.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates.

5. Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of events including product launches, exhibitions, workshops, and corporate functions.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional items, and communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Working Conditions

Typical office environment with occasional travel for events or promotions.

May require work outside normal hours during campaigns or events.
