Descriptions
To plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of ICT projects across the Bank, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with the Bank’s strategic and regulatory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of ICT projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure ICT projects comply with governance, cybersecurity, and quality assurance standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Manage project budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve project delivery.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional Certification
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is required.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing ICT projects in a banking or financial environment.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and technology implementation.
Skills
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Deep understanding of ICT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
