Mitiki Park is seeking to recruit a qualified, energetic, hard-working and results oriented leader to oversee Manage Mitiki Park and its sister business, Mitiki Beverage, with the aim of sustaining overall positive performance gains, streamlining processes and promoting growth.
The Head of Operations and Business Development will report to the Advisory Board
Roles and responsibility:
- Growth: Design approaches to facilitate growth of the business
- Fiscal Management: In liaison with the Finance Officer, jointly oversee budget monitoring, conduct expenditure analyses review. Oversee sales targets (weekly, monthly and annually
- Brand Enhancement: Enhance visibility of the Mitiki Brand, through internal and external innovative approaches such as Marketing (including social media platforms), Communications, and Entertainment and internal and external networking opportunities.
- Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Maintain an up to date database of existing and new customers. Create (KYC) approaches to ensure maximum customer satisfaction ratings. Maintain active customer feedback mechanisms through in person, virtual platforms, as needed, and other fora, to ensure issues are mitigated and effectively addressed in real time.
- HR: Oversee staff recruitment and retainment issues, payroll, performance management. Overall head of unit heads (UHs), spearhead professional development strategies
- Asset Management: Create and oversee stock and inventory management system (s)
- Compliance: Ensure company compliance with TRA, Local Government, OSHA, Fire Safety etc
- Internal controls: Enhance and oversee existing internal controls, policies and procedures
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends and design execution plans
- Portfolio expansion: Explore new business opportunities to expand portfolio
- Stakeholder engagement: Map out key Mitiki stakeholders and design and oversee engagement plans
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience
- Certified professional in preferably Marketing, Administration and/or Management
