JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is customer focused and attentive to our guests. You will need to have basic understanding of English and be able to seek help when you don’t understand. You will be working under the supervision of the Assistant Manager.

You would need to know how to; Use a Computer, Manage Emails, Print and scan receipt documents, Complete income and expenses diary, Cash handling, Check ACs & TVs are working using remote controls, Provide additional beddings to guests if required, Ask security man to check rooms are left safe before guests leave and Write invoices (training provided). Basic training will be given to use Credit card machine and EFD machine.

Working hours 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am (Working 12 hours every 36 hours).

Total leave days are 4 calendar weeks a year (Taken max of 2 calendar weeks at a time)

Salaries range from 250,000 to 400,000 per month (Net income after we pay PAYE, SDL, NSSF and NHIF).

Total pay ranges from: TZS 278,000 to TZS 431,000 per month.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
