Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive ready to take on diverse digital initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple projects, quickly expanding your skills and industry knowledge. If you are a versatile marketer skilled in SEO, performance marketing, social media, and content creation and enjoy blending creativity with analytics, this role is ideal. You will work with various teams to create impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and strengthen brand visibility, offering strong growth toward becoming a well-rounded marketing leader.
Key Responsibilities
The executive will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp etc.).
- Grow engagement, reach, and community interactions through creative content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Improve website ranking and search visibility across major search engines.
- Work on link-building and content optimization strategies.
- Write and review engaging content for websites, blogs, ads, and social channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic tools/platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Experience with social media strategy and content creation.
- Familiar with tracking and analytics tools: GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Good copywriting skills with an eye for design and creative storytelling.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
