  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure BDAs effectively support entrepreneurs in preparing for investment opportunities.
  1. Investment Facilitation:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors interested in Tanzanian SMEs.
  • Match investment-ready businesses from accelerator programs with suitable investors based on mandate and fit.
  • Support the structuring and closing of investment deals, ensuring alignment with investors’ impact and financial goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Microfinance, Accounting, Investment, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in fund management, deal sourcing, credit/loan management, or financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing investment data rooms and preparing financial models.
  • Strong understanding of SME financing, impact investment, and microfinance operations.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and investors.
