Let’s grow together—become our Transport Network Engineer! Join Yas to design, deploy, and maintain critical transport networks in a dynamic telecom environment. This role requires 3–5+ years of experience in telecom transport/network engineering (depending on level).

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in telecom transport/network engineering (level-dependent).

Certifications (advantage): Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP, HCIA/HCIP, vendor-specific certifications.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain transport networks (DWDM, SDH, IP/MPLS, microwave, fiber).
• Monitor network performance and conduct audits, health checks, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and resolve issues.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and modernization activities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Vendors, NOC, Field Teams, and Regulatory bodies on implementation and interference issues.
• Maintain accurate network designs, documentation, and operational procedures while supporting integration with mobile and fixed networks.
