Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for implementation of a risk management strategy that ensures there is proactive management of risk to minimize risk exposure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and update risk tools, registers, and key risk indicators.
• Support Business Continuity Management implementation and operational resilience.
• Conduct risk assessments for products, services, and business changes.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of data received and stored.
• Perform compliance reviews and policy/process walkthroughs.
• Promote risk culture and support environmental and social management system implementation
• Monitor, report, and escalate material risks to management.

Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), (CISA) or Risk Management will be desirable
• Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
