WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. IT Infrastructure & Setup
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including content filtration.
- Set up and onboard new users with accounts, access rights, and devices.
- Configure and support telephony systems (SIP trunks, MNO connections, call center systems).
- Manage and monitor network equipment, CCTV surveillance systems, and related dashboards.
2. User Training & Technical Support
- Provide first-line IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Train employees on the effective use of IT tools, systems, and applications.
- Offer remote support using tools such as TeamViewer.
3. System Administration & Access Management
- Manage user accounts and access rights in Office 365, Active Directory, and Jira.
- Conduct regular internal system audits for access privileges, licenses, and usage of shared resources.
- Ensure proper deactivation of accounts for terminated staff.
4. Monitoring & Performance
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and network security alerts.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure optimal system and telephony performance.
- Recommend upgrades for bandwidth, licensing, or hardware based on growth and demand.
5. Asset & License Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of electronic assets using tools such as Asset Tiger.
- Track software licenses and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Maintain documentation of IT configurations, processes, and user guides.
6. Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
- Detect and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Research and propose technology improvements and innovations.
- Work closely with management to align IT capabilities with evolving business needs
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and IT asset management tools.
- Good understanding of telephony systems and network configurations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
