Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to provide comprehensive support across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. You will play a key role in the recruitment process, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare employment offers.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth integration.
- Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and personnel files.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Process employee status changes, promotions, and transfers.
- Manage leave records (sick leave, vacation, etc.).
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues by providing confidential counsel to employees and managers.
- Compliance & Policy:
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of the performance review process.
- Training & Development:
- Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
