The AI Muntazir Schools are managed under the auspices of KSIJ Central Board of Education, a Non-Profit Organization, providing quality education to students from multicultural backgrounds and comprises several schools spread over many campuses, providing education at Toddlers, Nursery, Primary, Secondary and College levels. All campuses are located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. .

RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING LEVELS
• Develop procedures to determine and benchmark required staffing Level, taking account of technological advances , and recommending ways if applying these to improve the effectiveness of the Institute and to produce better results.
• Oversee and co-ordinate all induction programs for new staff at every level
• Be responsible for the recruitment of all staff, minimizing as much as possible of the burden of the recruitment process, including : Liaison with recruitment agencies
• Placement of Press Advertisement
• Issuing of appropriate correspondence and Terms and Conditions of Employment
