Background:

Kimaro Mobile Limited is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices
