WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership and Management

  • Manage GPS device stock: Maintain an accurate inventory of all GPS devices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule GPS installations at our distributor assembly plants and re-installations at dealer/distributor branches.

Technical and Operational Support

  • Vehicle Valuations: Guide your team in evaluating the value of cars using industry-standard tools and techniques, considering make, model, year, condition, and market trends.
  • GPS and SIM Card Installation: Oversee the installation of GPS trackers and SIM cards on cars and motorcycles, ensuring proper functionality for monitoring and tracking.
  • Motorcycle Repairs: Supervise minor motorcycle repairs and maintenance tasks, collaborating with repair teams to address technical issues efficiently.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Diploma or Degree in business/ project management or related courses
  • 2 Years previous experience
  • Fluent in Swahili and English
  • Strong technical aptitude and a keen understanding of technology.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in operations or logistics is a plus.
  • While GPS-specific experience isn’t required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
