WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leadership and Management
- Manage GPS device stock: Maintain an accurate inventory of all GPS devices.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule GPS installations at our distributor assembly plants and re-installations at dealer/distributor branches.
Technical and Operational Support
- Vehicle Valuations: Guide your team in evaluating the value of cars using industry-standard tools and techniques, considering make, model, year, condition, and market trends.
- GPS and SIM Card Installation: Oversee the installation of GPS trackers and SIM cards on cars and motorcycles, ensuring proper functionality for monitoring and tracking.
- Motorcycle Repairs: Supervise minor motorcycle repairs and maintenance tasks, collaborating with repair teams to address technical issues efficiently.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Diploma or Degree in business/ project management or related courses
- 2 Years previous experience
- Fluent in Swahili and English
- Strong technical aptitude and a keen understanding of technology.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in operations or logistics is a plus.
- While GPS-specific experience isn’t required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
