  • 1+years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Proficiency in Swahili and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
