Job Description :
MONICA CAKES AND EVENTS COMPANY Is looking for a creative pastry chef to be responsible for crafting delicious desserts and confectionery, designing seasonal menus, and developing new recipes for the pastry section of our kitchen.
1.You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create masterpieces that go beyond our customers’ expectations.
2. You must be well-versed in the arts and cope to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Age Between 18 and 45 years Old.
4.Working Everyday and holidays depends on your choice from the Contract
5.You should be punctual Working Time 08:00am-09:00Pm
6.Probation period of 1month and 14days Considered non Paid
Pastry Chef Responsibilities at Monica Cakes and Events Company:
1.Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen to ensure a successful working environment.
2.Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
3.Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set of MONICA CAKES AND EVENTS COMPANY RECIPE.
4.Developing new recipes for seasonal menus.
5.Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
6.Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
7.Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.
8.Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
9.Supervising and training staff members, when needed in the cake section
10.Baking all kinds of cakes Everyday
11.Cooking all kinds of bites
