Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will oversee all on-site elevator installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and contractors on site.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on site.
• Prepare daily site reports and documentation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of five (5) years of site supervision experience in construction, elevator installation, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and local construction site safety standards.
