Job Summary:
The HR Manager oversees all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is an advantage.
