About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all operations, functions, and business activities. You will be the senior leader responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all branches. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all daily operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10+ years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a GM or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail environments is essential.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
