About the Role:

We are looking for two results-driven Branch Managers to lead and manage our operations in key locations. You will be responsible for the overall performance of your assigned branch, including P&L management, sales targets, customer service, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead, train, and supervise the branch team (sales, warehouse, admin).
• Develop and execute local sales and marketing plans to grow market share.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitor branch expenses and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at the branch level.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-branch operation.
• Demonstrated experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail environments is essential.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
