Background
Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), the largest producer of sugar in Tanzania operating together with Illovo Distillers Tanzania Limited (IDTL), is inviting applications from qualified, hardworking, and committed individuals to fill several seasonal employment opportunities. The company is part of the ABF Sugar Division and continues to provide employment opportunities aimed at supporting industrial production and operational efficiency within its sugar manufacturing operations.
These opportunities are suitable for individuals with practical skills, technical qualifications, and the ability to work in an industrial environment. Successful candidates will support daily factory operations, maintenance activities, utility services, and transport operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity in their respective departments.

Job requirements for the advertised positions are as follows:
- Water Plant Operator: Diploma in Water Resources, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
