Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team, managing both the spare parts and production warehouses. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping .
  • Ensure the proper organization of warehouse space to optimize storage capacity .
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production schedules .
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team, setting objectives and KPIs .
  • Coordinate with workshop and production planning teams to ensure material availability .
  • Ensure that all warehouse facilities and equipment are maintained .
  • Implement and ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards .

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8-12 years) in warehouse management or logistics, including leadership experience .
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain best practices .
  • Strong leadership and team management skills .
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems .
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance
