Main Responsibilities

• Driving Growth: Carrying out daily sales activities to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
• Expanding the Network: Identifying and registering new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps.
• Building Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners for long-term trust.
• Market Excellence: Ensuring products are fully available and visible in retail and wholesale shops.
• Trade Marketing: Identifying and properly using trade marketing opportunities, as well as running product promotion campaigns in the relevant work area.
• Professional Reporting: Submitting accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities.
• Resource Management: Managing company resources efficiently and professionally.

Applicant Qualifications

• Relevant Sector Experience: Applicants with experience in the alcoholic beverage sector will be given priority.
• Collaborative Team Player: You have strong ability to collaborate with others and build professional working relationships.
• Work Area Experience: You have good understanding of the specific area for which you are applying.
• Experience: Mkuu wa Kanda: 10–15 years; Afisa Mauzo: 3–5 years.
• Education for Mkuu wa Kanda: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related course.
