Jumla Africa is looking for an experienced Veterinary Officer (Medicines Inspection & Sales) to ensure proper inspection, sale, and advisory services of veterinary medicines, promoting livestock health and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of veterinary medicines to ensure quality and legality.
- Manage the sale and distribution of veterinary medicines and related products.
- Conduct inspections of veterinary shops to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines following required conditions.
- Monitor expiration dates and maintain product quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant veterinary and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders in the veterinary sector.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
- Registered with the relevant Veterinary Council/Board. (VCT)
- Experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, customer service, and reporting skills.
