Objectives of this role

• Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods.
• Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound tele calling
• Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a tele caller.
• Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
• Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Memorize scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while tele calling.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and build a rapport with potential clients.
• Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling.
• Report the analysis and observation to the team lead.
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while tele calling.
• Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients.

Skills Required

• Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
• Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
