Role Overview:
The Technology Lead is the hands-on leader of the engineering team. You ensure best practices are followed, the architecture is sound, and the team is shipping high-quality code on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering team (web, mobile, and backend).
- Define the technical architecture and technology stack.
- Lead sprint ceremonies.
- Ensure code quality and security standards.
- Handle DevOps and infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Act as the escalation point for technical blockers.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Software Development.
- 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Expert in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) and Microservices.
- Experience with high-traffic, high-availability systems.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
