Position: Storekeeper Manager
Industry: Beverage Distribution / Warehouse & Inventory Management
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing goods and inventory.
- Monitor, record, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure all products are stored safely and under proper operational conditions.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse/store personnel.
- Prevent stock loss, theft, damage, and inventory shrinkage.
- Enforce adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and inventory controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more of practical experience in warehouse or store management.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and stock control software.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; high level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
