JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Senior Tax Associate will provide advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. This role focuses on building client relationships, analyzing complex tax problems, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging technology for digitization and automation .
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance impact through digitization and automation of tax processes .
- Resolve complex tax issues and mentor junior team members .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships .
- Gain a thorough understanding of business contexts to provide strategic tax advice .
- Navigate and manage complex tax situations .
- Advance personal brand and technical knowledge .
- Maintain exceptional professional and technical standards .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting .
- 2+ years of experience .
- CPA or commitment to pass the CPA exam before promotion to Manager is preferred .
- Experience working with large, complex data sets and using data visualization tools .
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
