Introduction
Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI) was established in 2013 to implement the Public Servants Housing Scheme (PSHS). WHI is a property developer and a licensed fund manager for the management of the Watumishi Housing REIT (WH-REIT).
Senior Finance Management Officer (1 post)

Duties and responsibilities
- To analyze on projects financial performance;
- To develop budget framework for development projects;
- To conduct project feasibility studies and prepare financial projections;
- To monitor project development finance portfolio;
- To monitor project costs against budget and forecasts;
- To manage project financing arrangements and debt instruments;
- To identify, monitor and manage project development risks;
- To provide project financial updates to key stakeholders;
- To conduct real estate market studies and analyse trends for investment opportunities
- To analyze working capital and advise accordingly;
- To analyze budget, revenue and expenditure trend of the Company and to prepare and update financial management guidelines;
- To contribute to long-term financial planning and
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and experience
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Real Estate Finance and Investment, Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration majoring in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions with working experience of at least seven (7) years in the related field.
