Senior Chef de Partie (CDP)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen section while maintaining exceptional food quality and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage assigned kitchen sections.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures are consistently followed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Assist with menu development and daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong culinary knowledge and technical cooking skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
