JOB DETAILS:
POSITION: SECURITY SUPERVISOR
Shamo Industries
Location: Dar es Salaam
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a Tanzanian
- Minimum Form IV Certificate
- At least five (5) years’ experience in the security industry
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Leader is mandatory
- Must possess a valid driving licence
- Resident of Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security guards
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Prepare daily and incident reports
- Manage duty rosters and staff attendance
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Train and mentor security personnel
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: high school
