SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Drive client acquisition, lead generation, proposals, presentations, and sales conversion across target markets.
• Develop and execute practical marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, outreach, branding, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research, track pipeline performance, and prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, PR, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or partnership building.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, branding, CRM, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent English and Swahili communication, commercial awareness, initiative, and target-driven professionalism.
