SALES MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategies.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
- Seek and maintain new and existing customers.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Monitor market, competition and customer trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service and sales.
Applicant Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Must have at least [2] years of experience in sales, including a leadership role.
- Must have good communication and persuasive skills.
- Must be creative, organized and have good decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Computer and sales system skills are an advantage.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
