Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Force Unit Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across Tanzania. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, recruit and mentor sales agents, expand customer outreach, and help clients secure their financial future through trusted insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales targets
• Recruit, build, and manage a team of sales agents
• Train, coach, and mentor agents to enhance performance
• Ensure team productivity and business growth
• Expand customer outreach and promote insurance products

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in sales or insurance (1–3 years is an added advantage)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage people effectively
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic allowance
• Commissions from personal sales
• Overrides from team production
• Performance-based bonuses
