Job Description
- Leverage prior experience in sales, particularly in agricultural equipment or machinery, to engage effectively with clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of tractor features, specifications, and the farming industry to meet customer needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain trust and reliability.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to the reporting officer to ensure transparency and alignment with sales strategies.
- Stay updated on agricultural industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth by increasing sales and market share.
- Be well-versed in the features, benefits, and specifications of tractors and agricultural machinery to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers to showcase products, understand their needs, and close sales opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support to customers, including troubleshooting and addressing inquiries related to purchased machinery.
- The workstation may change at any time based on operational requirements; the employee shall not unreasonably refuse such changes.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the reporting officer to support team and organizational goals.
Skills Required
Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
