Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth by identifying new customers and managing existing accounts for lubricant products. This role involves strong prospecting, negotiation, and market analysis to achieve profitable sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects to generate new customers and sales.
  • Manage the current customer list to increase and consolidate sales.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales volumes through accurate planning and proper deployment.
  • Collect market information regarding competitors’ activities and customer feedback.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts to assist in product planning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
