Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and distribution channels.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Train, motivate, and coach the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the local alcohol beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
