Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, and content creation.
• Strong background in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budgeting and business planning.
• Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids, marketing contents, website pages, brochures, marketing videos etc.
• Contract Review and Negotiation

• Business strategy formulation including competitive analysis & strategies
