Job Description
- Implement the company’s sales strategy across various regions, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and customer needs are effectively addressed.
- Identify and engage new markets, clients, and customers to expand the company’s reach and grow the customer base.
- Provide clients and customers with accurate and detailed information about the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and usage.
- Negotiate product pricing and profit margins with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of products from company warehouses to client locations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics.
- Maintain and update daily sales records, including details of dealers, clients, and transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Follow up on cash collections from various sales points and locations, ensuring prompt submission of funds to the finance department.
- Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to enhance visibility and customer interest.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Report daily sales activities and performance to the Operations Manager/Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), providing insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle work-related challenges, including high workloads and difficult situations, with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required
Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
