Resident Trainee Guides at Asilia lodges and Camps LTD , Arusha – December 2025 Resident Trainee Guides Opportunity Asilia Lodges and Camps Ltd is a leading lodges, camps and safari company in East Africa. Asilia is committed to providing a leading guide development program and offer excellent career opportunities as a guide within the company. Asilia is now looking for Resident Trainees Guide for its camps and lodges in Tanzania for the year 2026; Selected Trainees Candidates will participate in a four-weeks training course in February 2026. Successful trainees that qualify as Asilia Resident Guides will be given employment opportunities in our camps that are in Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Rubondo, Ruaha, Nyerere.

Qualifications or Requirements

We welcome candidates from all parts of Tanzania who meet the following criteria:

• Strong commitment to a career in guiding
• Willingness to learn
• Capacity as a Team player
• Good communication and listening skills
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Genuine and honest personality
• Presentable appearance – Personal grooming and smart appearance

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to speak English fluently, other languages an advantage.
• Must possess Class C driving license (of the new system)
• Must be willing to live and work in remote, camp-based locations.
• Age limit not more than 35yrs.
