Reservation Manager

Department: Front Office

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Purpose

Manage all hotel reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring reservation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise reservation staff.
• Monitor booking channels.
• Optimize room inventory.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue departments.
• Ensure reservation accuracy.
• Forecast occupancy.
• Handle group reservations.
• Maintain reservation records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or Business.
• 3+ years of hotel reservations experience.

Skills

• Revenue optimization
• Opera PMS
• Distribution systems
• Customer service
• Data analysis
