Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all trainers assigned to work in the respective region/zone.
- Ensure that the work centers have access to the necessary teaching resources.
- Monitor the attendance and performance of trainers in all the centers in his region.
- Coordinate the teaching schedules and teaching practice of students.
- Submit monthly reports on the progress of teaching to the University Headquarters.
- Resolve operational challenges that arise in his regional centers in a timely manner.
- Manage the discipline and ethics of trainers in his area.
- Be the official link between the University Headquarters and the respective regional work centers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Education, Administration or related field; Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in teaching and/or supervising academic activities.
- Have leadership, coordination and people management skills.
- Ability to travel and work independently in the relevant region/region.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
