Recreation Monitor

Department: Recreation

Reports To: Recreation Supervisor

Job Purpose

Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities while ensuring guests enjoy safe, engaging, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize games and recreational activities for adults and children.
• Assist guests in using recreational equipment.
• Set up activity areas before scheduled events.
• Monitor participants during activities.
• Promote daily recreation programs.
• Maintain recreational equipment.
• Ensure facilities remain clean and organized.
• Report safety hazards and equipment damage.
• Provide friendly and professional guest assistance.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Recreation, Physical Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recreation or guest entertainment is an advantage.
