JOB DETAILS:
Receiving Clerk
Department: Finance / Purchasing
Reports To: Purchasing Manager
Job Purpose
Receive all hotel deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming deliveries.
- Verify purchase orders.
- Check quality and quantities.
- Record received goods.
- Coordinate with stores.
- Report damaged items.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, or Accounting.
- Hotel receiving experience preferred.
