Requirements / Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering products within Agile environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of mobile money and/or financial services industry
• Proficiency in user story writing and backlog management tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key challenges and responsibilities Product Ownership and Strategy

• Owning and defining the vision and roadmap for a specific product or product line
• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog in alignment with strategic objectives
• Translating requirements into features and ensuring clarity and transparency through user stories and acceptance criteria

Agile Development and Delivery

• Facilitating sprint planning sessions and participating in backlog refinement
• Delivering high-quality features that meet user needs and business objectives

Stakeholder Management

• Communicating product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyzing product usage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
