A reputable Supermarket based in Dar es Salaam is inviting qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:

Procurement Officer – (1 Post)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Negotiate prices, and terms of delivery
• Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and planning purchases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets
• Monitor market trends and new products.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and new products
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales and operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in retail or supermarket environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market data and forecasts
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
