TrustLink Insurance Job Vacancy — Principal Officer

PRINCIPAL OFFICER

TRUSTLINK INSURANCE BROKERS LTD

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the official liaison between the company and the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA)
  • Ensure full compliance with the Insurance Act and all regulatory requirements
  • Manage licensing, regulatory filings, and statutory reporting obligations
  • Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Maintain adherence to “Fit and Proper” requirements
  • Oversee brokerage operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
  • Ensure proper documentation of policies, renewals, and client records
  • Monitor premium collection and compliance with remittance requirements
  • Support claims processes and client service delivery
  • Provide advisory support to clients on insurance solutions and risk management
  • Strengthen relationships with insurers and key stakeholders
  • Support business growth, portfolio development, and market expansion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, brokerage, or compliance environment
  • Proven experience in insurance operations, regulatory compliance, or client service

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage regulatory relationships and operational processes effectively
