Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving Pit Boss to oversee gaming floor activities, supervise dealing operations, and enforce absolute game fairness and guest safety in Mbeya.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned gaming tables, ensuring all games run smoothly, fairly, and strictly by the rules.
• Monitor dealer performance, offer on-the-spot procedural feedback, and enforce high customer service standards.
• step in to resolve game, payout, or guest disputes directly on the floor with authority and composure.
• Oversee table fills, credits, drop box rotations, and verify table chip balances during shift transitions.
• Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports tracking table wins and losses, staff attendance, and floor incidents.
• Monitor high-roller activity, player ratings, and track significant financial transactions for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with security and surveillance teams to safeguard company assets and maintain a secure floor environment.
• Schedule floor staff rotations, dealer breaks, and table assignments to maintain optimal coverage during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience as a Pit Boss or Senior Floor Supervisor in a gaming environment.
• Expert knowledge of table game mechanics, payout procedures, and security protocols.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under high-pressure conditions.
• High numerical agility and keen observation abilities.
• Must be based in or prepared to relocate to Mbeya.
