Job overview
Kafika House Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Patient Intake and Sponsorship Administrator to support key clinical and administrative functions within the organization.
The successful candidate will assist with patient intake, sponsorship reporting, communication with stakeholders, patient data collection, and coordination with internal teams. This position plays an important role in ensuring that children receiving care are properly documented, supported, and represented in sponsorship-related reports and communication.

Clinical Services Manager
Key responsibilities
The Patient Intake and Sponsorship Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage sponsorship stakeholder relationships, including:
- Patient data collection
- Submissions
- Reports
- Patient stories
- Case presentations
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and children to collect relevant patient information and stories for sponsorship reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with clinical service providers to collect and compile patient case reports before and after surgery.
- Work closely with the Finance Team regarding sponsorship funding and sponsorship commitments.
- Support the Clinical Services team with:
- Data collection
- Research-related activities
- Maintaining data integrity
- Support adherence to clinical standard operating procedures, standards, and Kafika House care pathways.
- Work closely with the following teams and staff members to support holistic and high-quality patient care:
- Clinical Coordinator
- Facility Coordinator
- Clinical Team
- Social Workers
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication with stakeholders, patients, and families.
Qualifications and skills
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and skills requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative responsibilities within a clinical field, health administration, or a related discipline.
- Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Health Service Management
- Public Health
- Social Work
- Another related field
- High computer literacy and confidence using digital systems and technology.
- Experience engaging and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and professional conduct expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
