Job Summary:

The Outbay Head is responsible for managing all outbound logistics and dispatch operations. They ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management: Plan, organize, and supervise the entire dispatch process to meet shipping deadlines.
• Team Supervision: Lead the dispatch team, including assistants and packers, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the right products, in the right quantities, are packed correctly and loaded onto the correct vehicles.
• Documentation: Oversee the accurate preparation of all dispatch documents, including packing lists, shipping labels, and waybills.
• Coordination: Liaise with the transport and logistics team to schedule outbound vehicles and ensure timely departures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, with at least 2 years in a dispatch or outbound supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
