Role Overview:
To provide expert clinical care in Otorhinolaryngology, teach medical students and residents, and engage in surgical and clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ENT surgical and outpatient services, including head and neck surgery.
- Teach otolaryngology, audiology, rhinology, and laryngology to trainees.
- Conduct research in hearing disorders, sinus diseases, voice disorders, head-neck oncology, or paediatric ENT.
- Supervise surgical skills training, simulation, and clinical attachments.
- Engage in community outreach for hearing screening and speech therapy services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and cleft palate programs.
Requirements:
- MMed in Otorhinolaryngology or equivalent; PhD advantageous.
- Mandatory GPA: Master’s (MMed) GPA ≥ 4.0; Bachelor’s (MBBS/MD) GPA ≥ 3.5.
- Surgical expertise and clinical experience in ENT.
- Teaching and supervision skills.
- Research interest and publications in ENT disciplines.
